1. The Seller

These Terms govern your use of Gallery ("the Service"), provided by SceneVault ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Gallery is a personal photo and file-organization application. A one-time purchase unlocks the ability to open scenes and store files inside them.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the Service. You agree not to: use it unlawfully; attempt fraud or spam; infringe intellectual-property rights; or interfere with the security of the Service (including probing, scraping, or distributing malware).

4. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of the Service, including its software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of files you upload; you grant us a limited license to host and process them solely to provide the Service.

5. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

Files and content you upload are stored on SceneVault's hosting infrastructure using a cloud service. You are solely responsible for the content you upload, and you bear all risks associated with its storage, including the risk of loss or corruption. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SceneVault is not liable for any loss, damage, or unavailability of your uploaded content. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
